DAY 1

Leave Rurrenabaque at 9:00 a.m. to take a boat trip that lasts 3 hours, enjoying spectacular views of Beni and Tuichi rivers before entering the Madidi National Park. Arrive at our eco-lodge around noon and receive a refreshing glass of seasonal fruit juice before being shown your accommodation and lunch time. In the afternoon walk along our trail named “dry creek”to be able to learn about their many medicinal uses, craft and construction materials. With a little patience, see some species of monkeys, peccaries, birds and many insects. After dinner relax time.

 DAY 2

Breakfast at 7:00 a.m. then take a walk to the Macaws` Cliff, one of the best places in Madidi National Park to watch macaws, parrots and other birds. This walk is moderately hard but on the way see huge trees and learn more about their uses. At the Macaws` Cliff watch birds as well as enjoy the breath-taking view of the Amazon Basin and its many rivers. later, go downstream for about 2 hours until getting to the eco-lodge. Have lunch and a rest. In the afternoon rest or choose an activity, from piranha fishing to river swimming.

 DAY 3

Early start at 6:00 a.m. to have breakfast before returning to Rurrenabaque then immediately leave for Santa Rosa. Travel in a comfortable vehicle equipped with seat belts and air conditioning. Along the way have the opportunity to see sloths, anteaters, birds, and other animals. Around midday take a 15-minute boat trip to our eco-lodge, “The Turtles”. Get acquainted to your accommodation and have lunch. In the afternoon, go along the River Yacuma by boat to spot, capybara, turtles, many bird species and caiman. Before getting back, go swimming with the beautiful pink river dolphin in a nearby river. (This is depends on the season.)

 DAY 4

Get up early (5:00 a.m.) to watch the sunrise and listen to the sounds of howler monkeys and birds which herald the awakening in the pampas. Have breakfast and then go back out on the River Yacuma looking for a good place to walk and look for anacondas.  Then after lunch take a car and return to Rurrenabaque by 4:30 p.m.
